Aptsoft Solutions is a privately held company, based in Pune, India. It was founded in 2016 with a vision to provide apt software solutions. Aptsoft has been a reliable provider and business partner for software development, implementation, configuration, maintenance and support for innovative software solutions. Sqn. Ldr. Ajey Paranjape (Retd.)
President and Co-Founder
Ajey is a military veteran, having served in the India Air force for years, as an aviation engineer. He was trained on the overhaul of AN 32 aircraft in Kiev, Ukraine. He was awarded the Chief of Air Staff Commendation twice.

He cofounded Fast Track Software Solutions, an offshore development center with an American Microsoft quintessential entrepreneur and who was among the early employees of Microsoft. This company is now in its 18th year of successful operation.

Ajey is passionate about using digital technology to solve problems. Having more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Ajey managed projects directly for Microsoft, and helped evolve a development process based on Agile. His expertise include SDLC, Project Management and Planning, Program Management, Web services and Agile Methodologies.

Shubhada Paranjape
Director and Co-Founder
Shubhada cofounded Aptsoft Solutions and also another offshore development center in 2002, in Pune, India. She has vast experience, not only in software project management, but in all aspects related to setting up and successfully growing an offshore software services delivery company.

Having more than 24 years of experience, Shubhada worked with Microsoft (as a client), and her dynamic leadership lead to us getting accepted in Microsoft's preferred vendor list. She is one of the top rated product managers on a leading freelancing website. Her expertise include Development, Test Planning and Automation, Product Delivery, Cloud Computing and Web Services.

Shubhada is a post graduate in Mathematics. When not working on software, she works actively on organic farming. She is also very active and passionate about solving waste management problems.
Gauri Karlekar
Project Development Manager
Gauri is Aptsoft's Project Development Manager and a core team member with 20+ years of expertise in development, operations, project, and product management. She is a team-oriented and customer-focused leader. She is not only proficient in user story generation, strategic planning, roadmap building, wireframe design, and product backlog management, but she is also fluent in SQL, Asp.Net, and C#, allowing her to comprehend and communicate effectively with development teams.

She has years of experience in CRM and stakeholder management, team coordination, and aligning CRM strategy with corporate goals, as well as a track record of delivering projects on time and improving operational efficiency. Gauri is also skilled in sprint management and has experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). JIRA, Confluence, ActiveCollab, Basecamp, and MS SharePoint are a few of her other skills.
